Izrestorana.ru is an online Internet service which helps its users in searching for restaurants with food delivery, choosing dishes and making orders. Having registered on our website, you become our client and get access to the always updated menus and special offers of city restaurants. You order is transferred to the chosen restaurant directly from our website.
All services provided by Izrestorana.ru website are absolutely free. It's similar to orders made by phone. You pay exactly the price of the order and only when you receive it. Using information about discounts and bonuses on Izrestorana.ru, you can even save your money, choosing a much better way to make your order.
You don't have to provide your credit card number and other credit card information. Generally, you pay for an order in cash when you received. Our system doesn't demand you to use your credit card usage, unless you yourself want to make an order by your credit card online (and if the chosen restaurant accepts this method of payment).
The order comes to our server where it is quickly processed and transferred via Internet to the chosen restaurant. It all takes no longer than 60 seconds. After you click on "Make Order" button all the information you've provided reaches the chosen restaurant, including all details and wishes (i.e. no tomatoes in the sandwich, chocolate sauce for a cheesecake and etc.).
After you've done an order, you receive a confirmation from our server. Since this moment your order is being executed. The confirmation that your order was accepted in the chosen restaurant will be sent to your e-mail address. We quickly and constantly update information about available food during the day, and if restaurant runs out of your favorite food, it will be immediately known at our website. You will know about it before you make your order. In precaution we will contact you via phone or e-mail. That's exactly why we ask you to provide this contact information in the registration form.
Izrestorana.ru registration process is very simple. You choose your password yourself and so you don't have to wait for the confirmation e-mail with the password. That shortens the time you have to wait for making order after registration.
There is no problem! The system will ask you to enter in the e-mail address which you've provided on registration and will instantly send your login and password to the address. If you can't use your e-mail right now, you may dial our Customer Support Service’s phone number 8(495)775-6030, and our consultants will assist you with your order. At least, please write down your password somewhere. :)
Registration gives you a lot of advantages. First, we will have your e-mail address and phone number to contact you quickly if any problem occurs (i.e. the food you've ordered is out of stock). Your favorite restaurant may become our favorite restaurant too and we can include it to Izrestorana.ru restaurant-partners’ list. Please, click "Recommend Restaurant" button on user’s account home page and fill in the required form. Our commercial service representative will contact the owner or the manager of this restaurant and offer them to add their restaurant into our system.
We think that "everyone has the right to be hungry any time". So you can make orders on Izrestorana.ru 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. You can find information about specified restaurant's opening hours on our website. It's available on the page with all restaurants list in section "Opening hours".
Ordering food online gives you many advantages. First, you don't have to wait being hold on the line till it is free or the operator finally answers. Second, errors due to the human factor are minimized, in other words, possible communication problems with operator are erased. The most important thing is that the risk to be misunderstood is excluded, including all the details (i.e. your wishes "anything but not coke" or "only diet coke"). When you make orders online, you get a lot of additional benefits. You can save your time (i.e. if you wish your food to be delivered at certain moment, you just need to choose time and specify it in your order); You can use promotions and bonuses. Just move your mouse cursor to the name of this restaurant in the restaurants list. You will see this restaurant's minimal order sum and available methods of payment in a pop-up window.
If you already have orders in your basket, click "Confirm Basket". On the next page you will see a button "Choose address". You need to click on it to see your previously saved addressed and the delivery area of the chosen restaurant. If this list already has an address, which suits for the order execution, it will be marked yellow. If you see several, you should choose one and click "Continue" nearby. Addresses, which are out of the chosen restaurant delivery area, will be marked grey with the respective note nearby. To make a new delivery address, click on the "New Address" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page and fill in the required form. You also can delete any address, using the button "Delete", if you don't plan to use this address any longer. You can update any of the addresses in your list, using the button "Change" nearby an address.
If your order is not completed yet, you can change your address list at any time. Click on the"Address" button near your basket. You will be re-directed to the page where you can edit your delivery addresses. If you want to add a new address, click the button "New Address" in the upper right-hand corner of the page. When a new window appears, first, choose address type: General or Additional. General address type is considered as the main delivery address automatically. If you have other addresses for delivery, you can enter them all, marking them as Additional. After you have defined the address type, fill in all required fields and click the button "Save" at the bottom of the page. New address will be successfully added into the system. To make changes in the already existing addresses list, click the button "Change" next to the chosen address. After that click the button "Save". The information will be updated.
Click on the button "Address" nearby your basket on your user’s account home page. You will be re-directed to a page, where you can check and edit your delivery addresses, add new addresses and delete unnecessary ones. You can do it by clicking on the buttons "Change", "New address" and "Delete".
You don't have to enter a new delivery address every time you make an order, if you use the address provided on registration. If you have many delivery addresses, you should choose one to complete the order.
You can view your previous orders by clicking on the button "Recent Orders" at the right-hand corner of your basket. On the next page you should click on the button "Repeat" near one of your previous orders and it will be automatically added into your basket as a new order.
Click on the button "X" near a dish or a product you want to delete. This item will be deleted from your basket. If you want to delete everything in your basket, click on the button "Clear" below the basket.
You can save your favorite restaurants, favorite orders and favorite dishes/products by clicking on the button "Favourite" at the upper right-hand corner nearby the basket on your user’s account home page. In the Favourite Products/Dishes tab you can save your favorite products and dishes in order to add them quickly into your basket when re-order. Use the button "Add to Favourite". In the Favourite Menus tab you can save those menus which you created yourself out of restaurants’ menus and add them later into your new orders. To save any order as your favorite menu you should click on the button "Add to Favourite". In the new window you can give name to this menu and put some notes. In Favourite Restaurants list you can save your favorite restaurants and also share this information with your friends by using the button "Share information". To delete any restaurant from your favourite restaurants list, click the button "Delete". You also can save any restaurant as your favourite one by clicking on the button "Add to Favourite" on the Restaurant Menu page.
We created a system of restaurants evaluation (rating) for our users, so they can share their opinions about the quality of the restaurants and evaluate them according to the following parameters: speed of order fulfillment, quality of service, taste of food. If you click on the button"Recent Orders" on your user’s account home page, you will see your 10 recent orders. You can click on the button "Rating/Feedback" near each order and give your rate. Your ratings will be immediately added into the general rating on the website.
Blue numbers mean that the restaurant has evaluation "more than 5", so it has a high rating. Red numbers mean that the restaurant has evaluation "5 and less", so it has a low rating among the users.
Izrestorana.ru filter some ratings? Restaurant ratings on our website are absolutely independent and made by our users only. Each parameter (speed/service/taste) is counted on the basis of average total from 25 most recent ratings, given by our ordering users. If a restaurant has no rating yet, it means that it has not yet been rated by the sufficient number of users. Our system considers rating to be objective after at least 5 received ratings from different ordering users. After that restaurant rating becomes visible to everyone. This excludes any intentional increasing or decreasing of restaurants ratings.
Our system allows you not only to rate restaurants by formally given criteria, but also to give comments to your order. It helps us to analyze our users' complains, offers and wishes about their orders. We read and take into consideration all of your comments. If required, we will notify about it in writing.
Promotions, which are announced and held on Izrestorana.ru, are available to all our users. Within a promotion you may be provided with discounts and bonuses. You can view a full list of our current promotions and special offers, clicking on the button "Promotions" on the toolbar at the top of the page. There are two buttons on user’s account home page: "General Promotions " and "Special Promotions ". Using them, you can see the promotions available at the moment. On the specified restaurants pages you will also see symbols, indicating different promotions.
If you click on the button" Promotions " on the toolbar, you will be re-directed to the page with all current special offers, bonuses and special promotions available just for you. Having clicked on the button "All Promotions", you will see all other promotions available, regardless of your delivery address.
